Caulfield Junior College is an internationally accredited school catering for students from Prep to 6. It is a school which values diversity and cultural difference. There are many different nationalities at the school and the richness derived from this cross section of the community is valued. A strong emphasis is placed on the development of each individual student's learning potential through challenge, reflection, lateral thinking and optimal learning experiences. The welfare of students is a high priority as it is believed that students learn best when they feel safe and secure in a stimulating learning environment. As a consequence, student learning outcomes are high in comparison to like school and state benchmarks.
The school is proud to offer a range of diverse, interesting and challenging programs to its students. French Immersion, Hebrew Immersion, camps, a sister-school relationship with a school in New Zealand which includes annual trips to each school, musical opportunities, student leadership opportunities, extension and enrichment programs and sport are some of the programs which are special about CJC.
