Courses in Hospitality, Health Services and Childcare are offered. Students have access to 35 - 40 VET Courses across East district.
International Students are a valued part of the school community. CCSS celebrates its multicultural student population with students from 60 nationalities attending the school. The International Program consists of the Intensive Secondary English Course, High School Graduate Program and Study Abroad Program. In addition CCSS has had many ongoing relationships with International Schools and is able to provide Study Tours for students to experience the lifestyle, and landscapes of CCSS and South Australia.
A strong International focus has been developed, with 100 students taking part in the International Program. In addition five Study Tours conducted annually enable CCSS families to foster strong ties internationally and with the broader community.
Other features of the school include:
- University Pathways
- Vision Centre for students with vision impairment.
- Maths/Science Extension Program

Facilities
The school maintains extensive facilities including six main buildings which house - in addition to general classrooms - a gymnasium, a specialist performing arts centre, six science laboratories, two food laboratories, a commercial kitchen, extensive design technology workshops, art rooms, music suite, a school owned and operated canteen and uniform shop, seven computing laboratories and a resource centre. These facilities were extensively refurbished during the establishment of Charles Campbell Secondary School in 1992, and have been maintained to this benchmark. The school makes its buildings and grounds available to the wider community after hours. The extensive grounds include two ovals, basketball and tennis courts and outdoor spaces for student leisure and learning. |
