Marymount International School London is an independent Catholic day and boarding school which teaches and encourages Christian values and welcomes girls of all faiths and nationalities, aged 11 to 18. The current student body represents over 40 different nationalities and all major world religions. Students follow the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme, recognised globally by universities as a benchmark of quality in education. As one of the first IB schools in the UK, Marymount excels with experience and continues to place among the top schools. Students work hard to achieve outstanding results, and nearly 100% continue on to university.
Location and Facilities
Located on a private estate just 12 miles from central London, Marymount offers modern facilities in a secure suburban setting. The school accommodates approximately 100 boarders and 150 day students, and an emphasis is placed on pastoral care. Class sizes are small and study programmes are planned to meet the needs of individual students. Facilities include a science centre, full size sports complex with a fitness centre, classroom block with a library and IT centres, music and art rooms and an auditorium. Boarding students are offered a full range of extracurricular activities both in the evening and at weekends.

Marymount is part of a network of schools around the world founded over a century ago by the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary. Entry Requirements
Marymount seeks motivated, hardworking students who have the ability to succeed and contribute to the life of the school. Admission is based on previous school records, teacher recommendations, English and math testing, and personal interview. The school encourages parents and students to visit so that they may see the facilities, meet teachers, and hear about life at Marymount from the students.
